Ticket Central's mission is to provide low-cost, customer friendly ticketing and marketing alternatives for some of the most exciting Theater, Dance, Opera and Performance Arts groups in New York City. Ticket Central sells tickets online, by phone and at our box office on 42nd Street.  So, why choose Ticket Central?

Ticket Central runs on AudienceView ticketing software, a state-of-the art platform that powers ticketing internationally.  Our software is perfectly suited to sell tickets for a 100-seat Off-Broadway theater, a 50,000 seat arena, a subscription-based theater company, a festival, a site-specific or outdoor event or a multi-event performing arts venue.  We can tailor the software to suit YOUR needs!
 
Ticket Central can sell for local shows in New York and also for regional and touring productions.  We’ll send our experienced managers to train your staff anywhere, and we offer an 800 number so your customers across the country can reach us just as easily as those who are local.
 
And it’s not just tickets!  We can process subscriptions, donations, merchandise and concessions and track these orders in one unified database.


WHITE-LABEL BRANDING

Optional: Ticket Central can work with you to create a ticket site specific to your brand.  Your customers can purchase tickets through our online ticketing software without feeling that they have ever left your site.

REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

When you become a Ticket Central client, you will have access to our sophisticated reporting suite, including a wide variety of easy to read sales reports that can be automatically emailed to you each day.
 
We can gather and report on additional customer information of your choice at the point of purchase, like “Where did you hear about the show?”
 
You will also receive access to the Business Intelligence tool, a flexible database query that allows you to mine your data like never before.  Business Intelligence allows you to find and target your best customers.  Have you ever wondered which customers have seen at least 2 shows and purchased at least $20 of merchandise?  Do you want to know which email campaign or banner ad generated the most sales for your show?  Business Intelligence can quickly and easily answer questions like these.  We can then leverage the Business Intelligence tool to send targeting marketing directly out of the ticketing software!
 
We offer special analytic tracking called Referrer Codes.  This is a simple code that can be placed into any clickable link and is used to track sales.  Unlike other ticketing software, which places a pixel on the ticketing site and tracks sales through a third-party company, Referrer Code analytics live entirely within our ticketing system.  You can report on these codes in Business Intelligence across multiple campaigns, shows and seasons in one unified system.


MARKETING

One of the best features of our system is the Email Marketing tool.  In conjunction with our Business Intelligence functionality, the Email Marketing tool allows you to auto-generate emails to a specific list of your customers.  Send reminder emails about upcoming performances.  Send discounts offers, on-sale notices, or rave reviews to a list of your past ticket buyers.  Best of all, thanks to our white-label branding, this email can appear to come from any email address in your organization that you wish!

Ticket Central is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving arts organizations.  We will customize our services to suit your budget as well as your ticket needs.  And we will NEVER charge your customers the exorbitant handling fees that corporate ticket services charge!


MOBILITY

Ticket Central can operate in a traditional box office setting, but we can also quickly and easily set up a mobile box office anywhere – even the middle of Central Park.  We are web-based, so there is no software to install at your location.
